3.1 Entry into the Facebook Free Portrait Shoot Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.2 Entry into Facebook Free Portrait Shoot Competition is deemed to be completed by clicking the Facebook “Like” button
on the Phillip Montgomery Photography Facebook Business Page.
3.3 The Facebook Free Portrait Shoot Competition will commence on the date that the competition notice is posted on the
Phillip Montgomery Photography Facebook Group or Business Page. Hereafter known as the “Commencement Date”.
3.4 The closing date is the last day of the same calendar month that the Commencement Date falls in. Hereafter known
as the “Closing Date”.
3.5 The winner of the competition (The Winner) will be selected at random by drawing one name from all entries, no later
than 7 days after the Closing Date. Here after known as “The Draw”.
3.6 Phillip Montgomery (The Judge), or a person, or persons nominated by Phillip Montgomery will perform The Draw.
3.7 The Judge’s decision is final in all instances.
3.8 The Winner shall be awarded the prize of a free portrait shoot for one individual, in the form of a Discount Voucher Code.
Hereafter known as “The Free Portrait Shoot”.
3.9 The Winner will be announced via Facebook and the Discount Voucher Code will be issued direct to The Winner via
Facebook Private Messaging.
3.10 The Free Portrait Shoot and Discount Voucher Code are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Phillip Montgomery
Photography.
3.11 The Discount Voucher Code is valid for 3 months from the date of The Draw and will expire thereafter.
3.12 The Free Portrait Shoot will consist of a one hour photo shoot either at The Winner’s home or on location, plus four free
7”x5” standard prints.
3.13 The Winner’s home or photo shoot location is to be located within a 50 mile radius of Bury St. Edmonds, Suffolk, UK.
3.14 If the winner chooses to have the photo shoot outside the 50 mile radius, then fuel charges may apply as per the
standard rate under the General Terms and Conditions and must be paid in full at the time of booking the portrait shoot.
3.15 The four, free, seven inch by five inch standard prints will consist of no more than two different poses. Postage &
Packaging is included for the free standard prints. If additional prints are ordered then additional postage and
packaging may apply.
3.16 In order to trigger The Draw, a minimum of 100 new Facebook “Likes” are required between 12:00hrs on the
Commencement Date and 12:00hrs on the Closing Date.
3.17 If condition 3.16 is met in full, then all persons that have “Liked” the Phillip Montgomery Photography Facebook
Business Page will be entered into The Draw, unless they have been disqualified or refused entry.
3.18 Entries to the Facebook Free Portrait Shoot Competition are restricted to participants on or over the age of 16 years.
3.19 Phillip Montgomery Photography reserves the right to disqualify entrants or refuse entry to The Draw and is not at liberty
to disclose the reason(s) for disqualification or refusal of entry.
3.20 Phillip Montgomery Photography reserves the right to use names or images of The Winner(s) for future promotional
productions.
